Credia Extract is a Credia Plus feature

Credia document extraction helps Credia Plus users quickly create lease, tenancy, and property documents by reducing manual data entry.
How to Use Credia Document Extraction
- Start a New Document. You can create a new document from one of three areas in Re-Leased:
- Documents > Click + New Document
- Tenancies > Select a tenancy > Go to Documents > Click + New Document
- Properties > Select a property > Go to Documents > Click + New Document
2. Drag and drop your file, or upload it directly from your computer.
3. Let Credia extract the details from your document. Credia will automatically populate the document’s title, description, and tags in just a few seconds.
You can also tick the Enable for Credia box to let Credia scan the document. Once scanned, you’ll be able to chat with the document to quickly find key details, such as important dates, clauses, or terms.
