Credia Extract: Documents

Manual data entry delays document creation

Use Credia document extraction to create tenancy and property documents faster. Credia pulls key details from your file and auto-fills the document title, description, and tags in seconds. You can start from Documents, Tenancies, or Properties and keep work moving with less typing.

Credia Extract is a Credia Plus feature. This feature is only available for Credia Plus package users. If you would like to learn more about Credia Plus, contact your Account Manager or leave a contact request here.

Long documents hide key details

Turn on Credia scanning to quickly find important dates, clauses, and terms without reading every page. After scanning, use chat to ask direct questions and get answers from the document.

Credia scanning and chat steps

  1. Tick the Enable for Credia box to let Credia scan the document.
  2. Wait for the scan to complete, then open the chat with the document.
  3. Ask for what you need, like important dates, clauses, or terms, and review the responses.

Regional Terminology Note: We use Asia-Pacific/European terms in this article. We refer to Tenancies, which many North American teams call Leases. For more variations across regions, see our Regional Terminology Guide.
