Credia AI
Insurance Import & Verification
You can now upload insurance policies for suppliers, tenants, and properties, and let Credia Extract do the heavy lifting. Credia automatically reads the document, classifies the policy, and links it to the correct record - no more manual sorting.
For tenancy and lease policies, Credia also checks requirements and flags mismatches for review using Verify with Credia. This speeds up compliance checks, reduces the risk of missing key details, and helps you stay ahead of renewals.

Tenancy Management
VAT Groups (UK)
VAT Groups introduce a simpler, more consistent way to manage VAT across your UK portfolio. Once your VAT hierarchy is set, Re-Leased automatically applies the correct VAT code to invoices — saving time, reducing manual entry, and improving accuracy in your tax reporting.
This feature is available to UK customers.
Trust Accounting
Withhold Payments
You can now withhold payment on expense invoices that are under dispute or require further checks. When an invoice has payment withheld, it’s excluded from the disbursement process — ensuring nothing is paid until it’s ready to be cleared.
This helps prevent accidental payments and gives you more control over your approval workflows.

Enhanced Concessions for Budgets
improvements
You can now apply concessions at the budget, schedule, or chart-of-account level, giving you much more control when managing complex tenant arrangements.
Five concession types are now available:
- Cap: Maximum amount a tenant will be charged
- Collar: Minimum amount the tenant must pay
- % of rent: Calculated as a percentage of tenant's rent
- Fixed amount: A set dollar amount
- Included in rent: Cost covered by rent
A refreshed, Vue-powered concessions page streamlines setup, including during budget approval, with automatic calculations and improved allocation workflows. These enhancements also flow through to budget approvals, owner contributions, area reconciliations, and certificate reporting.
Beta Testing
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration
In November we welcomed Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to our suite of connected accounting integrations - now available in open beta.
Customers using Dynamics 365 can request access via our Support team. Once connected, your financials and property operations work seamlessly together across the two systems, with real-time syncing of contacts, transactions, and key accounting data.

Expense Instalment Templates
Expense Instalment Templates give you a far easier way to manage large expenses paid over multiple periods - like council rates, insurance premiums, or long-term maintenance contracts. Instead of manually setting up recurring entries, you can build a template once and let Re-Leased structure the instalments for you.
For UK customers, we’ve also added automatic calculation of the owner’s share during vacant periods, ensuring costs are allocated fairly and accurately based on occupancy.
