Lease & Term Renewal Options Reporting

How to use the Events Report to track lease and term renewal options in Re-Leased — filter by Term Renewals and Renewal Option Expiries, generate portfolio-wide views, and drill into sub-reports with expiry date details.

The Events Report includes two event types covering lease renewal options: Term Renewals and Renewal Option Expiries. Use these to monitor renewal deadlines across your portfolio and stay ahead of expiry dates.


How to Access the Lease & Term Renewal Options Report

  1. Navigate to Reporting > General.

  2. Select Events Report under the Property section.


Setting Filters

Apply filters to refine the data: Company, Property Manager, Delegated To, Status, Event Types, and Properties.

Under Event types to Include, select one or both of:

  • Term Renewals

  • Renewal Option Expiries

Click Generate Report on Screen to view a tally of each event type, categorised by Property and Tenancy.


Term Renewals Sub-Report

Click the number in the Total row under Term Renewal to open the sub-report in a new browser tab. This shows a detailed breakdown of all Term Renewals matching your filters, including an Option Expiry column showing the Renewal Option Expiry Date for each renewal with a corresponding option. Download the report in PDF or CSV format.


Renewal Option Expiries Sub-Report

Click the number in the Total row under Renewal Option Expiry to open the sub-report. This shows all Renewal Option expiries matching your filters. Download in PDF or CSV format.


In Asia-Pacific and Europe, "Terms & Breaks" and "Tenancies" are the standard terms; North American customers refer to these as "Terms & Options" and "Leases". For more information on regional terminology, see our Glossary of Regional Terminology.
