Viewing Tenancy Terms

How to view and manage tenancy terms in Re-Leased — covers the Terms and Breaks tab, including current, future, past terms, rights of renewal, break clauses, and how to edit a term.

The Terms & Breaks tab within a tenancy shows all current, future, past, and upcoming term events — including rights of renewal, break clauses, and rent reviews. Use it to keep your lease records accurate and up to date.


What You Can View on the Terms and Breaks Tab

  • Current Term — the active term, including any exercised options. Click to view or modify details.

  • Future Terms — upcoming terms not yet commenced.

  • Rights of Renewal — pending renewal options and their expiry dates.

  • Past Terms — historical log of all previous terms, including options taken up.

  • Break Clauses — key information on any break clauses or early termination provisions.


How to Edit a Term

  1. Open the tenancy and navigate to the Terms & Breaks tab.

  2. Click on the Current Term, or click Edit Term if shown.

  3. Make the necessary adjustments.

  4. Click Save.
