Default User Roles and Associated Permissions

Default user roles and associated permissions in Re-Leased — create and customise roles, then assign to users. Includes a full permission reference table for Administrator, Account Manager, Property Manager, and Read Only roles.

User roles in Re-Leased are predefined sets of access permissions that control what areas of the system a user can view or edit. Setting up roles before inviting users ensures consistent access across your team.

How to Create and Assign User Roles

  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Select Company & Users.

  3. Choose Maintain User Roles.


How to Customise User Roles

  1. Within Maintain User Roles, select the role to customise.

  2. Review the permissions list and toggle each permission on or off as required.

  3. Click Save to apply changes.
