Company Access Permissions

How company access permissions work in Re-Leased — understand the company hierarchy, what determines which companies you can see, and how Administrators grant access to additional companies.

Updated over a week ago

In Re-Leased, a Company is the highest level in the account hierarchy. Your user account determines which companies you can see and access. Properties sit below Companies, and Tenancies sit below Properties.

Understanding Company Visibility

After logging in, the company name in the top-left corner of the platform shows your current context:

  • A single company name means you have access to that company only (or have filtered to it).

  • All Companies means you can view data across all companies you have permission to access.

How Company Access Works

Your user privileges determine which companies you can access. For example, if your account has access to Company ABC and Company XYZ but not Company 123, you will be able to see all properties and tenancies under ABC and XYZ — but not those under 123.

How to Request Additional Access

If you need access to additional companies, speak with your Re-Leased Administrator. They can:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Manage Companies.

  2. Open the relevant company and go to the Security dropdown.

  3. Add the user's name to the Users That Can Access This Company field.
