Each lease/tenancy in Re-Leased has a Primary Contact and an Account (Xero Invoice) Contact. You can add, edit, and manage these contacts from the Lease/Tenancy Details section.
Accessing Lease/Tenancy Contacts
Use the Global Search or navigate to Leases/Tenancies to find the record.
Open the lease/tenancy record.
Click Lease/Tenancy Details from the left-hand menu.
Contact Types
Primary Contact — the main point of contact for lease/tenancy communications.
Account (Xero Invoice) Contact — the default recipient for invoices. Edit or replace the Contact Name field to change this. If the new contact doesn't exist, they'll be tagged as NEW.
Editing a Contact
Search for the contact via global search or click their name in Re-Leased. Edit their details directly — changes apply across all records where that contact appears.
Adding Additional Contacts
In Lease/Tenancy Details, click + Add Contact.
Assign a role and set notice preferences for the new contact.

Note: If there is only one contact for the tenancy, the same individual can be assigned as both the Primary and Account contact.
