Generate the Leases or Tenant List report in Re-Leased to view contact details for all tenancies across your portfolio. Choose between primary contact or detailed all-contacts output.

The Leases / Tenant List report gives you a consolidated view of all contacts associated with your tenancies or leases. Choose between a primary contact view or a detailed view showing every contact linked to each tenancy.

How to Generate the Leases / Tenant List Report

  1. Navigate to Reporting in the main menu and select General Reports.

  2. Under the Tenancy / Lease section, select Leases / Tenant List.

  3. Set your filters, then click Generate Report on Screen or download in your preferred format.

Available Filters

  • Reports For: Select the company to report on.

  • Property to Include: Filter by one or more specific properties.

  • Contact Filter: Choose Primary Contacts to show one contact per tenancy, or Detailed Contacts to show all associated contacts.

  • Type of Property: Narrow results to a specific property type, or include all.

  • Show Archived Tenants: Tick to include archived tenants in the report.

Understanding the Output

  • Primary Contacts: Shows the main contact for each tenancy or lease.

  • Detailed Contacts: Shows every contact linked to each tenancy or lease, including guarantors and account holders.
