Printing a Receipt for Client/Trust Accounting

How to print receipts for Client/Trust Accounting customers in Re-Leased — download the original receipt immediately after processing, or access and print receipts at any time from the Receipts list in Income and Expenses.

Receipts in Re-Leased can be downloaded immediately after processing a payment, or accessed at any time from the Receipts list in Income & Expenses.


Printing an Original Receipt

The original receipt download is available immediately after processing a payment via Process Payment. Click the download option to save and print it. All subsequent downloads are marked as duplicates.


Accessing Receipts from Income & Expenses

  1. Navigate to Income & Expenses and select Receipts.

  2. Filter by Company or Property Manager, or search by receipt number, tenancy, or property to find a specific receipt.

Viewing and Printing a Receipt

  1. Click the receipt number to open the detailed view.

  2. Review the Payment Received By section, which includes information from the company contact associated with the Trust Account.

  3. Print the receipt from this view.
