Understanding the Sync Overview Page for Connected Accounting Customers

How to use the Sync Overview Page in Re-Leased — monitor accounting sync status across all companies, understand status definitions, and take action on errors or disconnections.

Updated over a week ago

The Sync Overview Page gives you a single view of the sync status for all your accounting connections across every company in your group — so you can see at a glance what's healthy, what has errors, and what needs attention.

Accessing the Sync Overview

  1. Click the sync icon in the quick links menu at the top of Re-Leased.

  2. In the dropdown, click Go to overview.

Filtering by Status

The tiles at the top of the page show a count of companies grouped by connection status. Click a tile to filter the list below, or use the status dropdown to select one or more statuses.
