You can access, preview, download, and email owner statements directly from Re-Leased, as well as bulk download multiple statements at once.
Accessing Previous Owner Statements
Navigate to Contacts > Owners.
Select the owner to open their contact page.
Click Owner Statements in the left-hand menu.
You'll see all previous statements with details including bank account, disbursement profile, ledger name, completion date, and period ending date.
Downloading Individual Statements
Click the three-dot menu at the end of any statement row to access:
Download PDF — downloads directly to your computer.
Download CSV — available for statements generated after December 2021; useful for importing into spreadsheets or accounting software.
Email to owner — sends the statement to the owner's registered email address.
Bulk Downloading Owner Statements
Navigate to Contacts > Owners and select the owner.
Click Owner Statements in the left-hand menu.
Tick the checkboxes next to the statements you want (up to 20 at a time).
Click the Bulk Actions dropdown and select Download PDFs as Zip.
The ZIP file downloads to your default downloads folder, with each statement retaining its original filename. To download more than 20, repeat the process in batches.
Raising Fees for Owner Statements
To charge a fee for resending a statement, use the Raise fee button in the top right of the Owner Statements page. You'll also be prompted to raise a fee after emailing or downloading a statement PDF.
Previewing Draft Owner Statements
During the disbursement process, click the Generate button to produce a draft statement for each owner.
To review multiple drafts, go to Reporting > Client/Trust Accounting and open the Draft Owner Statement report, which can be filtered by property manager or owner.
You can exclude owners with no activity for the period, so you only review statements that need attention.
For Asia-Pacific customers, the term "Trust Account" is used. European customers refer to this as "Client Account". Client/Trust Accounting is not available to customers in North America. For more information on regional terminology, see our Glossary of Regional Terminology.
