Invoice Intelligence automatically extracts key details from your expense invoices when you upload them in bulk, reducing manual data entry. You can upload PDFs directly or email them to a dedicated Re-Leased address.
Accessing Invoice Intelligence
Invoice Intelligence can be accessed two ways:
Select the [+] Quick links menu at the top of your screen.
Navigate to Income and Expenses from the upper navigation menu.
Uploading Invoices
Direct upload — drag PDF files to the + Drop Documents Here area.
Email upload — send invoices as PDF attachments to your dedicated Re-Leased email address shown on-screen.
Invoice Processing Statuses
Uploaded invoices are tracked under the All Documents tab. Statuses include:
Processing — being automatically processed; no action required.
Fingerprinting — generating a unique identifier for new supplier invoices to speed up future processing.
Duplication Alert — a duplicate invoice detected; archive the duplicate and continue with the original.
Confirm Contact Required — the invoice contact doesn't match your records; update accordingly.
Confirm Property Required — property details need to be confirmed against your records.
View Invoice — the invoice is ready for your review.
Reviewing and Processing Invoices
Verify the pre-populated data against the original invoice and fill in any missing information.
Choose your next action: Save as Draft, Save and Submit for Approval, Save and Approve, or Delete (if the upload was in error).
Select Next Bulk Processing Invoice to move to the next invoice.
To archive an incorrectly uploaded invoice without processing it, use the Archive option directly from the All Documents tab.
For Asia-Pacific customers, the term "Trust Account" is used. European customers refer to this as "Client Account". Client/Trust Accounting is not available to customers in North America. For more information on regional terminology, see our Glossary of Regional Terminology.
