You can export the full Budget Details page as a PDF to share with owners, trustees, accountants, or external stakeholders — or to keep as a historical record.

How to Export a Budget to PDF

  1. Navigate to the relevant property.

  2. Go to Outgoings/Property Charges > Budgets and open the budget.

  3. Click the Budget Details tab.

  4. Click Export to PDF in the top right action bar.

The browser downloads a file named BudgetDetails-[PropertyName]-[DateGenerated].pdf. Larger budgets with many schedules may take a moment and show a progress indicator.

What's Included in the PDF

  • Property name and budget title.

  • Budget period dates.

  • GST basis (Gross or Tax-inclusive).

  • All accounts and schedules fully expanded.

  • Budgeted costs for all areas.

  • Area allocations and percentages.

  • Non-recoverable totals.

The PDF is formatted in landscape orientation. All numbers preserve their formatting — currency symbols, decimals, and percentages.

Filtering Before Export

If you have used the Filter Areas button to narrow the Budget Details view, the PDF export reflects those filters — only the areas visible on screen are included. For example, filtering to show five specific tenancies results in a PDF containing only those five areas.
