The Budget Allocation Report shows how costs are allocated across areas at the schedule level for your Outgoings / Service Charge budgets — including allocation percentages and non-recoverable amounts.


How to Access the Report

  1. Navigate to Reporting > General.

  2. Scroll to Budgets by Area.

  3. Select Budget Allocation Report.

Filters

  1. Report For — the company focus for the report.

  2. Property to Include — one or more properties to analyse.

  3. For the Budget — the budget period or version to review.


What the Report Shows

  • Schedule breakdown for the selected properties.

  • Allocated budget for each schedule.

  • Allocation percentages showing each area's contribution to the overall budget.

  • Non-recoverable amounts and their respective percentages.
