The Payments Hub serves as your central location for tracking online payments made by tenants, providing comprehensive payment details and status updates. This article will guide you through accessing the Payments Hub and interpreting the information available, ensuring you can manage your payments with ease.
Accessing the Payments Hub
Entering the Payments Hub is straightforward. Once you've started setting up your Re-Leased Pay account, you can access the hub in the following ways:
- Through Settings, look for the Re-Leased Pay section, select Accounts, then Payments
- Select Accounting in the top menu, then select Re-Leased Pay, then Payments

Understanding Payments Hub Information
Select the correct Company from the Company selector to ensure you are looking at the right payments and payouts.
The Payments table will display a list of all tenant invoices and related payouts with key details:
- Invoice number (click the link to view the full invoice)
- The Payer
- The Tenancy name
- The Property
- The Amount paid
- Date of the payment
- Current status of the payment

The Related Payout reference in which the tenant payment is included, and status of the payout.
- Click the View payout link to see payout details of the payout and invoices included
Payment Statuses
When examining payments, you'll notice different status labels that inform you of each payment's processing phase:
- Awaiting payout. Invoice payments are being processed. Depending on the region and payment method this can take between 1 and 7 days to be processed and paid out.
- Processing Payout - The payment is allocated to a payout that is on its way to your bank account.
- Successful. Funds have been transferred to your bank account.
- Failed - This occurs when payment cannot be acquired from the tenant's bank account. Reverse the payment on the Invoice so the tenant can attempt re-payment via Re-Leased Pay.
Note on Invoice Status
If your Invoice Payment Recognition setting is configured to "At time of funds received" or "Manually", invoices will show as unpaid in Re-Leased even though the tenant has successfully paid. Use the Payments Hub to view the actual payment status and track funds through to payout. See Configuring Invoice Payment Recognition Settings for more information.
Additional Payment Hub Features
Easily find invoices and payouts using the filters. You can filter and search by:
- Date range
- Status
- Search by invoice number or invoice amount
To maintain seamless financial management:
- Regularly check the Payments Hub to stay updated on the payment statuses
