The Compliance Hub centralizes all property related compliance records, enabling you to effectively oversee and manage across all your properties. Whether you're looking to create a new compliance or sort and filter through existing ones, the Compliance Hub simplifies your workflow.
Accessing the Compliance Hub
The Compliance Hub is easily located from the Property Management navigation item at the top of your screen.
Navigating the Compliance Hub
The Compliance Hub provides a comprehensive list of all your compliance records, across your property portfolio.
Here's how to use it effectively:

Click Create Compliance to create a new compliance record.

For quick access to manage Compliance Templates and Types, click the Contextual Menu [...]

Use the filter criteria to refine the list, and select a Status/Tags/Properties to further arrange the content.

Organize the list by clicking on column headings to sort.

Open a specific compliance record by clicking its Title.

Review property information through the Property link.

You can archive a compliance record by clicking the Contextual Menu [...] on the far right of each item.
Viewing Compliances for an individual property
You can also view and manage your compliances when viewing an individual property. There is a navigation item in the left area named Compliance, which also shows a badge when you have compliance records which are incomplete or expired.
