Re-Leased feels slow or unresponsive—check your internet speed

Slow screens often point to a network issue. Run a quick speed test to confirm your connection and share the results with us so we can rule out connectivity and focus on the right fix.

Run a speed test

  1. Open your browser and visit one of these test sites:
  2. Start the test. It may run automatically or show a Go button—click it to begin.

Record key numbers

  • Download speed (how fast you receive data)
  • Upload speed (how fast you send data)
  • Ping/Latency (how responsive your connection is)

Compare results to targets

Re-Leased works well on most connections. Use these targets to gauge performance:

  • Download speed: at least 5 Mbps
  • Upload speed: at least 1 Mbps
  • Ping/Latency: under 100 ms is ideal

Share results with support

If you contact Re-Leased support about slowness, include a screenshot or a short summary of your speed test results. This helps us quickly rule out network issues.

Speeds look fine but Re-Leased still feels slow—try these fixes

If your results meet the targets but performance still lags, follow these steps and send us the details so we can investigate the right area.

Take next troubleshooting steps

  1. Clear your browser cache.
  2. Collect a HAR file and send it to our support team.
  3. Tell us exactly where it feels slow (for example, reports, the dashboard, or the property list page).

We’ll work with you to get things back on track.
