This guide covers how to connect Re-Leased to Sage Intacct. Before you start, ensure the required setup has been completed in Sage Intacct — including Tax Types, Chart of Accounts, and Dimensions. See Setting Up Sage Intacct Before Connecting to Re-Leased for detailed pre-connection steps.
Step 1 — Navigate to Integrations
In Re-Leased, select your company from the dropdown at the top of Settings.
Scroll down and select Manage Add-ons and Integrations.
Step 2 — Connect to Sage Intacct
Click Connect to Sage Intacct.
Review what data will be synced between Re-Leased and Sage Intacct.
Follow the on-screen steps to confirm the Intacct prerequisites are complete.
When prompted, enter your Sage Intacct Web Services User credentials — these are the credentials for the Web Services User created during the pre-connection setup, not your personal login.
Select the Sage Intacct company entity you want to sync with Re-Leased.
Step 3 — Set Your Sync from Date
Choose a Sync from Date. Only transactions dated on or after this date will be included in the sync. This date cannot be earlier than 2018.
Step 4 — Onboarding and Matching
If Re-Leased already contains accounting or contact data before connecting to Sage Intacct, you'll be prompted to match or archive the following:
Tax Types — match to an existing Intacct tax rate or archive. Each Intacct rate can only be used once.
Accounts — match to a corresponding Intacct account or archive. Each Intacct account can only be used once.
Tracking Options — match to Intacct equivalents or archive.
Contacts — for each unmatched contact, create as a new Customer or Vendor in Intacct, match to an existing Intacct contact, or archive in Re-Leased. Each Intacct contact can only be linked to one Re-Leased contact.
Select Continue after each matching step. When all elements are matched or archived, click Confirm to trigger the initial sync.
The initial sync may take some time depending on data volume. You can work in Re-Leased while it runs — a blue flag notification will appear when it's complete.
