The Payments Hub is your central dashboard for tracking all tenant payments made through Re-Leased Pay. Use it to view payment status, match payouts to bank transactions, and investigate failed payments.

How to Access the Payments Hub

  • Navigate to Accounting > Re-Leased Pay > Payments.

  • Or go to Settings > Re-Leased Pay > Accounts > Payments.

  • Or from the Income & Expenses page, click the Re-Leased Pay button.

Select the correct company from the Company selector to ensure you are viewing the right payments and payouts.

Payment Statuses

  • Awaiting payout — payment is being processed by Stripe. This typically takes 1–7 days depending on region and payment method.

  • Processing Payout — the payment is allocated to a payout that is on its way to your bank account.

  • Successful — funds have been transferred to your bank account.

  • Failed — payment could not be collected from the tenant's bank. Reverse the payment on the invoice so the tenant can re-attempt payment via Re-Leased Pay.
