Property Analysis Report

How to generate the Property Analysis report in Re-Leased — filter by company, property, tenancy type, and lease type, use advanced options to model Outgoings scenarios, and export as PDF.

The Property Analysis report provides a comprehensive financial overview of your property portfolio, including Weighted Average Lease Term (WALT), rent amounts, purchase price, and property value.


How to Access the Property Analysis Report

  1. Navigate to Reporting from the main menu.

  2. Select General Reports.

  3. Choose Property Analysis under the Property section.


Filters

  • Reports For — select the company.

  • Property to Include — a single property or all managed properties.

  • Types of Properties to Include — specific property types or all.

  • Tenancy — a specific tenancy type or all tenancies.

  • Options — whether to exclude potential rent from the analysis.

  • Lease types to include — select the lease types to include.


Advanced Options

Click Show Advanced Options to view and adjust values used in the report. You can modify figures such as Outgoings to simulate how changes might affect Total Net Rent. Click Default Values at any time to return to the system's automatic calculations.

Note: The Outgoings value in the report is based on the approved budget. Where a budget is still in draft, the Outgoings figure defaults to zero.


Generating the Report

  • Click Generate Report on Screen to view immediately.

  • Download as a PDF in Portrait or Landscape orientation.
