The Rent Roll / Tenancy Schedule (Legacy) report gives you a detailed view of all leases and tenancies across your portfolio β including occupancy, financials, lease terms, rent reviews, outgoings, and rent. Use it to analyse portfolio performance and share data with stakeholders.
Filtering the Report
Navigate to Reporting in the main menu and select General Reports.
Under the Tenancy / Lease section, select Rent Roll / Tenancy Schedule (Legacy).
Set your filters using the options below, then select Generate Report on Screen.
Available Filters
Reports For: Select the company to report on.
Owner to Include: Filter by one or more property owners.
Property Manager: Narrow results to a specific property manager.
Types of Properties to Include: Focus on selected property types.
Property to Include: Select specific properties.
Tags to Include: Refine by tags assigned to properties or tenancies.
Occupancy Status: Show vacant areas, occupied areas, or both.
Detail to Include: Select individual data points or use Include All to show everything.
What the Report Shows
Expiry Dates: Next and final expiry dates for each tenancy.
Outgoings: Shown as a percentage or per unit area, based on active budgets.
Rent: Initial, current, and anticipated future rents, plus market rent assessments.
Tenancy Clauses and Types: Tenancy-specific clauses and tenancy type.
Non-Lettable / Non-Measurable Areas: Optionally include unrentable or non-measurable areas.
Export Options
Select Generate Report on Screen for an immediate on-screen view.
Click Print as PDF for a PDF file.
Click Download CSV to work with the data in a spreadsheet.
Handling Large PDF Exports
Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat or a similar program.
Open Print and select Poster.
Adjust the Tile Scale in the print preview to spread the report across multiple pages.
Print when you are satisfied with the layout.
For Asia-Pacific and European customers, this report is called the Tenancy Schedule. North American customers will see it labelled Rent Roll. For more information on regional terminology, see our Glossary of Regional Terminology.
