The Property Key Status Report gives you a real-time overview of key check-in and check-out status across your property portfolio. Use it to track which keys are out, who has them, and when they were last moved.
How to Access the Property Key Status Report
Navigate to Reporting in the main menu.
Select General Reports.
Under the Property section, select Property Key Status Report.
Filtering the Report
Company: Focus the report on one or more companies you manage.
Key Status: Show all keys, only checked-out keys, or only checked-in keys.
Properties to Include: Report on specific properties or your entire portfolio.
Export Options
PDF (Portrait or Landscape) — for printing or sharing by email.
CSV — for further analysis or integration with spreadsheet tools.
