How to use the Invoice Details and Payments Report in Re-Leased — filter by date, owner, account type, and status to get a line-item breakdown of invoices and payments, with a full column reference. Not available in North America.

The Invoice Details and Payments Report provides a line-item breakdown of invoices and payments within a chosen date range — useful for financial period closing, auditing, and year-end reviews.


How to Access the Report

  1. Navigate to Reporting > General.

  2. Click Invoice Details and Payments Report (Client/Trust Accounting) under Financial.


Filters

  • Report For — company or companies to report on, filtered by type.

  • Account Types — accounting category for line items to include.

  • Status — filter by invoicing status.

  • Date Filter Applied To — apply date range to invoice issuance or payment dates.

  • Start/End Date — date range for the report.

  • Transaction Types Included — invoices, credit notes, or both.

  • Run Report By — by owner or ledger (Trust Accounting), or by owner or property (non-Trust).

  • Bank Account — account for which to run the report.

  • Include Archived Ledgers (Trust Accounting only) — include transactions from archived ledgers.

  • Property, Tenancy, and Owner Tags to Include — filter by assigned tags.

  • Property Managers to Include — limit to specific property managers.

  • Owners/Ledgers/Properties to Include — focus on selected owners, ledgers, or properties.

Generating and Exporting

  • Click Generate Report on Screen to view immediately.

  • Click Download as CSV or PDF (Portrait / Landscape) to export.
