Setting Up Advance Notifications for Calendar Events

How to set up advance notifications for Calendar events in Re-Leased — configure per-event-type notification periods in My Account, and understand how advance notifications appear on your personal Calendar.

Advance Notifications in Re-Leased alert you to upcoming Calendar events before they are due. You can customise how far in advance you want to be notified for each event type. These notifications are personal to your login — they are not visible to other users on the Global Calendar.

How to Set Up Advance Notifications

  1. Go to My Account > Account Settings.

  2. Scroll to Advance Notification of Calendar Events.

  3. Select the desired notification period for each Event Type from the dropdown.

The system automatically saves your preference and applies it to all events of that type.


How Advance Notifications Appear on the Calendar

Once set, upcoming events of the specified type will appear on your Calendar ahead of their due date — displayed with a white box and dashed outline to distinguish them from current tasks.

Note: Advance Notifications are an individual user setting and are only visible on your own Calendar — not on the Global Calendar.
