Calendar Integration

How to integrate Re-Leased with Google, Office 365, or Outlook calendar — enable the integration in Settings, connect your personal calendar from Account settings, and understand how events sync every 5 minutes.

Updated over a week ago

You can sync Re-Leased events with your Google, Office 365, or Outlook calendar. Events update every 5 minutes. Changes made in your personal calendar do not sync back to Re-Leased.

How Synchronisation Works

  • Events sync from Re-Leased to your calendar every 5 minutes, including updates to dates and times.

  • Changes made in your personal calendar do not sync back to Re-Leased.

  • Most events are added as all-day events. Inspections are an exception — they include designated start and end times.

  • Each event contains Re-Leased event details and a link back to the original record.

  • If you have Advance Notifications set up, a corresponding reminder is included with the event.

Note: If you disable the calendar integration, previously synced events remain in your calendar and must be removed manually if no longer needed.
