Integrating Fixflo with Re-Leased

How to integrate Fixflo with Re-Leased — generate your Fixflo token, connect the integration in Settings, choose Standard or Plus account type, manage sync options, and manually match unmatched properties.

Updated over a week ago

The Fixflo integration synchronises property maintenance tasks between Re-Leased and Fixflo. Properties are called Units in Fixflo; maintenance is called Issues. Note: Areas and Tenancies are not synced — synchronisation happens at the property/unit level only.

Step 1: Get Your Fixflo Domain and Token

  1. Log in to your Fixflo account.

  2. Click your username and select My Profile.

  3. Go to Profile > Authentication tokens.

  4. In the App Id field, type released (lowercase, no extra characters) and click Add.

  1. Once generated, note both your Agency custom domain and the RELEASED token.

Step 2: Connect Fixflo in Re-Leased

  1. Navigate to Settings > Manage Add-ons and Integrations.

  2. Click Enable under the Fixflo icon.

  3. Enter your Fixflo credentials.

  4. Select a user to manage the integration — they'll be notified of sync issues by email.

  5. Choose your account type: Standard or Plus.

  6. Optionally enable email notifications for the Fixflo Manager when new maintenance is created.

  7. Optionally enable automatic export of new Re-Leased properties to Fixflo.

  8. Click Save.

Fixflo Standard vs Fixflo Plus

Fixflo Standard — limited processing in Fixflo. Most users will process maintenance tasks in Re-Leased. Any images and the Fixflo job report sheet are attached to the Re-Leased task automatically.

Fixflo Plus — issues are processed in Fixflo. Tasks in Re-Leased are read-only and used for reference and reporting. Click the link in the Re-Leased task to access the issue in Fixflo. Closing an issue in Fixflo also closes the Re-Leased task at the next sync.

Managing the Integration

Once connected, options include:

  • Disable Fixflo — disconnects the integration.

  • Update Fixflo Credentials — modify settings.

  • View/Hide History — review sync details and manually sync maintenance or properties.

  • Find and Match Properties — manually link unmatched Fixflo properties to Re-Leased records.

  • Sync Maintenance and Properties — syncs occur automatically but can be triggered manually via Sync Maintenance Issues.

Ensuring Successful Property Matching

Property addresses must match exactly in both systems for automatic matching. If a property cannot be matched automatically, the Fixflo Manager is notified before the next sync. Unmatched Fixflo properties appear on the Unmatched tab — click the [?] icon or Find and Match to manually link them.
