Managing Emails: Tracking and Resending

How to track and resend emails in Re-Leased — view correspondence for a lease/tenancy, check delivery and open status, resend individual failed emails, and download activity reports for single or grouped email sends.

You can track the delivery status of emails sent from Re-Leased and resend failed or individual messages directly from the Correspondence section of a lease/tenancy.

Viewing Email Correspondence for a Lease/Tenancy

  1. Navigate to the relevant Lease/Tenancy.

  2. Select Correspondence from the left-hand menu.

  3. All emails, SMS, and letters tied to that lease/tenancy are listed here. Emails sent to multiple recipients are grouped together.


Tracking Email Status

  1. Click the down arrow to expand a grouped email and view individual recipients.

  2. Email status icons indicate whether each email has been delivered, failed, or is queued.


Individual Email Actions

  1. Click the Contextual Menu [...] next to a recipient's name.

  2. Select Resend message — review and edit the recipient's email address if needed before resending.

  3. Select Show activity report for a summary of email interactions, with the option to download as a PDF.


Group Email Actions

  1. Click the Contextual Menu [...] at the top of the grouped correspondence.

  2. Select Resend failed messages to retry failed deliveries after editing recipient details if needed.

  3. Select Download group activity report for a comprehensive PDF report covering all recipients in the group.
