Accessing the Property Summary

  1. Click a Property Name from search results, the property list, or any linked text in Re-Leased.

  2. The Summary tab opens by default.

  3. Click a Tenancy name link in the Summary to open that tenancy directly, or use the Tenancies tab to browse all tenancies with options to filter by Current, Future, Expired, and Cancelled.

Advanced Details and Summary Graphs

Click Show Advanced Details to view Annual Net Rent, Year Built, and Land and Floor area dimensions. Click Hide Advanced Details to collapse these.

The Summary graphs show:

  • Market Rent — actual rent compared to annual rent potential of occupied areas.

  • Potential Rent — actual rent compared to annual rent potential of all areas including vacant ones.

  • Occupancy Percentage — ratio of tenanted areas to total property space. Note: percentages can exceed 100% if areas are occupied by multiple tenancies.

Editing Property Details

  1. Select Property Details from the left-hand menu.

  2. Update fields such as Floor Area, Address, or Date of Purchase.

  3. Click Save Property.

Usage Type and Specifics

The Usage Type field controls which additional fields appear. For Residential or Mixed usage, enter Bedrooms, Bathrooms, and Chattels/Fixtures. Use the Features field for information not covered by the Chattels/Fixtures list (which cannot be customised).

Property Anniversary Date

The Anniversary Date creates a recurring dashboard reminder and can trigger annual fee processing for properties linked to a Trust or Client Account.

  1. Navigate to Property Details.

  2. Click the Anniversary Date field and enter the relevant date.

  3. Click Save Property.

Viewing Properties on a Map

Click the map pin from the Properties list to open a property's location in Google Maps. From the Property Details page, use the street address search to adjust the map pin location if needed.

From the map view, you can zoom in/out, drag to navigate, search by name, and filter by property criteria.
