You can customise EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) ratings in Re-Leased to reflect the energy rating system used in your region. Custom ratings apply at the company level and appear across properties, areas, and the EPC Ratings dashboard in Insights.
How to Manage EPC Ratings
Navigate to Settings > General > EPC Ratings.
From here you can:
Create — add a new energy rating type.
Edit — update a rating name; changes apply to all associated properties and areas automatically.
Delete — before confirming, you'll see a list of all properties and areas currently assigned this rating. After deletion, those records become unassigned.
EPC Ratings in Insights
