Creating Alerts and Scheduling Dashboard Deliveries in Insights

How to create alerts and schedule dashboard deliveries in Re-Leased Insights — set threshold-based alerts on data tiles, configure automated email reports with custom recipients, formats, and filters, and manage existing schedules.

Updated over a week ago

Re-Leased Insights lets you create threshold-based alerts and schedule automated dashboard deliveries — keeping you and your stakeholders informed without manual effort.

Creating Alerts

Alerts notify you when specific conditions on dashboard tiles are met — for example, when arrears exceed a threshold.

  1. Click the Alerts icon on the relevant tile.

  2. Define the alert criteria: conditions, thresholds, intended recipients, and notification frequency.

  3. Click Save Alert. Recipients receive email notifications when conditions are met.

Setting Up a Scheduled Delivery

  1. Click the Contextual Menu [...] at the top-right of the dashboard or tile.

  2. Select Schedule delivery.

  3. Configure recurrence, destination, and format.

  4. Choose frequency and timing (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).

  5. Adjust start/end times if needed.

Recipient, Format, and Content Customisation

  • Specify recipients by email address — supports both Re-Leased account holders and external contacts.

  • Select delivery format: CSV, PDF, or PNG.

  • Use the Filters tab to customise dashboard filter values for target-specific data.

  • Use Advanced options to add a custom message, expand table rows, or rearrange tiles.

Testing and Managing Schedules

Click Test now to send a test delivery to yourself before saving. Once saved, reports are delivered automatically. You can return at any time to edit, duplicate, or delete schedules.
