Anatomy of a Dashboard in Insights

Overview of Re-Leased Insights dashboard components — understand filters, the last updated indicator, reload icon, and contextual menu options including download, schedule delivery, reset filters, and time zone settings.

Every Insights dashboard in Re-Leased is built from consistent components. Understanding these elements lets you filter, interpret, and interact with your data effectively.


Dashboard Components

  • Dashboard filters — narrow down data based on specific criteria.

  • Dashboard last updated indicator — shows when data was last refreshed from the Re-Leased database.

  • Reload data icon — manually refresh the dashboard data.

  • Filters icon — opens the range of available filter options.

  • Contextual Menu [...] — additional actions such as resetting filters or adjusting time zones.


Applying Filters

To apply filters:

  1. Click the Filters icon at the upper-right of the dashboard.

  2. The number adjacent to the icon shows how many filters are available.

  3. Expand the filter menu and select your desired categories.

  4. Click the Reload icon or press Ctrl + Enter to apply. The dashboard updates immediately.

To reset filters: click the Contextual Menu [...] and select Reset filters, or press Ctrl + Alt + R.


Dashboard Last Updated Indicator

The last updated indicator appears at the bottom-right of the dashboard and confirms when the data was last pulled from your Re-Leased database.


Contextual Menu [...]

Each dashboard tile's contextual menu provides:

  • Download data for further analysis or record-keeping.

  • Schedule delivery of dashboard information (Pro and Enterprise plans).

  • Reset filters.

  • Adjust the tile's time zone settings.
