Maintenance Hub

How to use the Maintenance Hub in Re-Leased — access the central view of all maintenance tasks, manage work orders and quotes, filter and sort tasks, and use the contextual menu to complete, view, or delete tasks.

The Maintenance Hub centralises all property maintenance tasks, giving you a single place to create, track, and manage work orders and quotes across your portfolio.


Accessing the Maintenance Hub

From your Dashboard, click the Maintenance Hub tile, located to the right of the calendar.

Maintenance View

  • Click Create Maintenance to start a new task.

  • Use filters to narrow by Status, Tags, or Properties.

  • Sort by clicking column headings.

  • Open a task by clicking its Title.

  • Access property, tenancy, and contractor links directly from the list.

  • Use the Contextual Menu [...] next to each task for more options.

Contextual Menu options include: Complete Task, View Task, View Job (for recurring tasks), and Delete Task.


Work Orders

  • Filter and sort the work orders list.

  • Click the Work Order # link to edit, print, or email a work order.

  • Preview attached files or open the contractor's contact via the name link.

  • Use the Contextual Menu [...] to Complete or Cancel a work order.

Quotes

  • Filter the quotes list to display what's relevant.

  • See the number of contractors requested and responses received.

  • Click View to see recipients, responses, and accept quotes.
