The Maintenance Job Details page is used exclusively for recurring maintenance tasks. A Job is the umbrella for a series of recurring Tasks — editing the Job lets you change the recurrence frequency, while most day-to-day editing happens at the individual Task level.
Accessing a Maintenance Job
Navigate to a Job via any of these routes:
Maintenance Hub — click Contextual Menu [...] > View Job next to a recurring task.
Property > Tasks — select View Job from the Contextual Menu.
Lease/Tenancy > Tasks — select View Job from the Contextual Menu.
Dashboard reminder popup — click View Maintenance Job.
Editing a Job
On the Job Details page, click Edit in the top right to change the job description or recurrence details. Click Save to confirm.
Note: Changing the recurrence frequency will delete any existing incomplete tasks and generate new ones. If retaining task information is critical, edit individual task due dates instead. See Managing Maintenance Tasks.
Archiving (Deleting) a Maintenance Job
Archiving a Job permanently removes it along with all associated tasks. This action cannot be undone.
Navigate to the Job Details page via the Maintenance Hub, Dashboard, or Property/Lease/Tenancy Tasks page.
Click Archive at the top right of the page.
Review the confirmation warning and click Archive to confirm.
