Managing Property Rating Valuations

How to manage property rating valuations in Re-Leased — access the Current Rating Valuations tab on the Legal page, add new valuations with land and improvement values, and edit or archive existing records.

Rating Valuations record the assessed value of a property as determined by local authorities or certified valuers. They are managed from the property's Legal tab.


Accessing Rating Valuations

  1. Open the relevant property.

  2. Click Legal from the left-hand menu.

  3. Select the Current Rating Valuations tab.

Adding a Rating Valuation Record

  1. Navigate to the property's Legal tab.

  2. Click New Rating Valuation.

  3. Fill in the following fields:

    • Reference — a unique identifier for the valuation.

    • Date of Valuation — the date the valuation was assessed.

    • Valuation (Land Value) — assessed value of the land.

    • Valuation (Improvements Value) — assessed value of improvements.

  4. Click Save. The Capital Value calculates automatically from land and improvements values.

Editing or Archiving a Rating Valuation

  1. From the Rating Valuations list, click the relevant valuation link.

  2. Select Rating Valuation Details to edit, or click Archive to permanently remove the record.

  3. After editing, click Save. Click Cancel to leave it unchanged.
