Adding Documents

How to add documents in Re-Leased — upload documents to the Documents Hub, a tenancy record, or a property record. Credia Plus users can auto-fill document details and enable document Q&A. Maximum file size is 150 MB.

You can add documents to Re-Leased at the company, tenancy, or property level. Each document can be up to 150 MB. Credia Plus users benefit from AI-assisted document creation that auto-fills title, description, and tags.


Adding a Document from the Documents Hub

  1. Navigate to the Documents area and click + New Document.

  2. Enter the Company, title, and any relevant property or tenancy details.

  3. Drag and drop the file onto the screen or click Browse your files.

  4. Click Create Document.

Credia Plus users can drag and drop the file and let Credia auto-fill the title, description, and tags. You can also tick Enable for Credia to ask questions about the document.

Adding a Document to a Tenancy

  1. Open the relevant tenancy and navigate to Documents.

  2. Click New Document.

  3. Upload the file, fill in the details (or let Credia assist), and save.

Adding a Document to a Property

  1. Open the relevant property and navigate to the Documents tab.

  2. Create a new folder or click New Document.

  3. Upload the file, fill in the details (or let Credia assist), and save.

Note: Maximum file size is 150 MB per document.
