Archiving or restoring a Xero contact syncs to Re-Leased on the next sync cycle. All changes must be made in Xero.
Restoring an Archived Contact in Xero
Log in to Xero and go to Contacts > All Contacts.
Click the Archived tab.
Find the contact and click Restore.
The contact will reappear in Re-Leased after the next sync. If it doesn't appear immediately, wait for the next sync cycle.
Archiving a Contact in Xero
Log in to Xero and go to Contacts.
Find and open the contact to archive.
Click Archive and confirm.
The contact will be archived in Re-Leased after the next sync.
Troubleshooting Sync Issues
Confirm sync settings are correctly configured in both Xero and Re-Leased.
Check there were no errors during the archiving process in Xero.
Wait for the next sync cycle — the update may be pending.
If the issue persists, contact Re-Leased Support.
