Restoring and Archiving Xero Contacts

How to restore and archive Xero contacts in Re-Leased — restore or archive contacts in Xero and they sync to Re-Leased on the next cycle. Includes troubleshooting steps for sync issues.

Archiving or restoring a Xero contact syncs to Re-Leased on the next sync cycle. All changes must be made in Xero.


Restoring an Archived Contact in Xero

  1. Log in to Xero and go to Contacts > All Contacts.

  2. Click the Archived tab.

  3. Find the contact and click Restore.

The contact will reappear in Re-Leased after the next sync. If it doesn't appear immediately, wait for the next sync cycle.



Archiving a Contact in Xero

  1. Log in to Xero and go to Contacts.

  2. Find and open the contact to archive.

  3. Click Archive and confirm.

The contact will be archived in Re-Leased after the next sync.


Troubleshooting Sync Issues

  • Confirm sync settings are correctly configured in both Xero and Re-Leased.

  • Check there were no errors during the archiving process in Xero.

  • Wait for the next sync cycle — the update may be pending.

  • If the issue persists, contact Re-Leased Support.
