If invoice due dates appear a day earlier than expected after syncing between Re-Leased and Xero, the cause is usually mismatched time zone settings between the two platforms. Aligning them resolves the discrepancy.
Checking Your Time Zone in Re-Leased
Your current time zone is displayed at the bottom of each page in Re-Leased.
If your time zone needs to be updated in Re-Leased, contact the Support Team via the Help Centre — this setting cannot be changed directly from the user interface.
Checking and Updating Your Time Zone in Xero
Log in to Xero.
Navigate to Accounting > Advanced.
Click Financial Settings.
Update the time zone to match the setting in your Re-Leased account.
