How can user access to companies be managed in Re-Leased?

Managing user access to companies in Re-Leased is a straightforward process that involves specific roles and permissions. Outlined are the steps for granting access to a single company or multiple companies, as well as the role of the Administrator.

Overview of User Permissions

In Re-Leased, user access to companies is managed by individuals with the Administrator role. Administrators have the authority to grant or revoke access to companies, ensuring that users have the appropriate permissions to perform their tasks.

Granting Access to a Single Company

To grant an existing user access to a single company without sending a new invitation, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Manage Companies and select the desired company.

  2. Open the Security panel.

  3. Search for the user you want to add and select their name. To remove a user, click the × next to their name.

  4. Click Save to apply the changes.

Granting Access to Multiple Companies

If an Administrator needs to grant a user access to multiple companies, the process is slightly different:

  1. Go to Settings > Users and select the user’s account.

  2. Open the Companies tab.

  3. Under the section labeled Companies Without Access, tick the boxes for the companies the user should access.

  4. Click Save to confirm the changes.

Role of the Administrator in Access Management

Only users with the Administrator role can manage access to companies in Re-Leased. This includes granting access to additional properties or companies and ensuring that permissions align with organisational needs. By following these steps, Administrators can efficiently manage user permissions and ensure that users have the access they need to perform their roles effectively.
