Need assistance with Re-Leased? Submitting a support request is a quick and efficient way to get the help you need. Whether you're experiencing a technical issue or have questions about our platform, our dedicated support team is here to provide solutions. The following steps will guide you through the process of submitting a support request to ensure fast and accurate assistance. 

How to Submit a Support Request

To ensure you receive assistance as swiftly as possible, follow these steps to submit your support request:

  1. Click on the Question Mark icon located in the top-right corner of your screen.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select either Help Center or  Contact Support.
  3. A support widget will appear. Here, you can explain the issue or question in detail.
  4. Review the recommended knowledge base articles that may address your question.
  5. If further help is needed, click Get in Touch followed by Leave a message.

Important Tips When Submitting Your Request

  • Utilize the same email address you use for Re-Leased to submit your support ticket. 
  • Provide detailed information about your inquiry for a quicker and more precise response. 
  • After submission, a confirmation email with your Ticket ID will be sent to you, confirming that your ticket has been successfully created. 

Monitor Your Support Requests 

Keep track of your Support Tickets through the My Account section by selecting My Activities

Within the My Activities dashboard, you can view tickets based on their categories: 

  • My requests – tickets you've submitted. 
  • Requests I'm Cc'd on – tickets submitted by others in your organization where you're copied. 
  • Filter options to view tickets by their Status.
