The Compliance Hub

Overview of the Compliance Hub in Re-Leased — access, navigate, and manage compliance records across your property portfolio, including filters, templates, types, and property-level compliance views.

Updated this week

The Compliance Hub gives you a centralised view of all compliance records across your property portfolio — so you can create, search, filter, and manage compliance from a single screen.

Accessing the Compliance Hub

Navigate to Property Management in the top navigation bar, then select Compliance Hub.

Navigating the Compliance Hub

From the Compliance Hub you can:

  • Click Create Compliance to add a new record.

  • Access Compliance Templates and Compliance Types from the Contextual Menu [...].

  • Use the filter criteria — Status, Tags, and Properties — to refine the list.

  • Sort the list by clicking column headings.

  • Open a specific compliance record by clicking its Title.

  • Review property information via the Property link on each record.

  • Archive a compliance record using the Contextual Menu [...] on the far right of each row.

Viewing Compliance on an Individual Property

You can also view and manage compliance records from within an individual property. Select the Compliance navigation item on the left-hand side. A badge indicates when you have compliance records that are incomplete or expired.
