You can create compliance records in Re-Leased from the Compliance Hub or from within an individual property's Compliance area. Records can be added one at a time or in bulk using templates.
How to Add a Single Compliance Record
Via the Compliance Hub
Navigate to Property Management > Compliance Hub.
Click + Create Compliance in the top right corner.
Via the Property Compliance Area
Navigate to a property and select the Compliance tab.
Click + Create Compliance.
How to Add Multiple Compliance Records in Bulk
Open the property file and go to the Compliance tab.
Click + Create Compliance, then select Create Bulk Compliance.
Choose the desired templates from the list. Fields are auto-populated from the template.
Adjust individual records as needed, then save each one.
Filling in a Compliance Record
Details Section
Add Tag — add custom statuses for filtering in the Compliance Hub.
Load from Template — use a saved template as a starting point.
Property — select the property for this compliance record.
Areas — select any specific areas within the property.
Compliance Type — select a type or create a new one.
Title — the title of the compliance record.
Description — optional field for additional detail.
Assigned To Section
Assigned To — the person responsible for actioning the compliance. Defaults to the Property Manager.
Delegated To — optional; an alternate person who will also see this in their calendar.
Reminder — optional; add a custom reminder for the upcoming expiry date.
Responsible Party
Responsible Party — assign responsibility to the tenancy or property owner.
Compliance Period Section
Valid Until Date — the expiry date of this compliance record.
Tasks — a set of tasks that must be completed before marking the record as compliant.
Documents — required documents to upload before marking as compliant. Drag and drop or use the upload button.
Both tasks and documents can be set as required (cannot mark compliant until complete) or optional.
Saving a Compliance Record
If all required fields, tasks, and documents are complete, you can mark the record as Compliant. If required items are still outstanding, save it as Incomplete.
