How to create compliance templates and compliance types in Re-Leased — pre-define checklist items and required documents for reuse across properties, and categorise compliance with custom types.

Compliance templates let you pre-define the checklist items and required documents for recurring compliance needs. Once created, templates speed up the process of adding new compliance records and ensure consistency across your portfolio.



How to Create a Compliance Template

  1. From Compliance, navigate to Compliance Templates from the overflow menu on the right.

  1. Select + Create Template.

  2. Provide a template name and fill in the details: compliance type, checklist items, and required documents.

  3. In addition to the mandatory fields of Title and Compliance Type, you must add at least one task or document to the template.

  4. Click Save.

The saved template is now available to use when creating new compliance records across multiple properties.

How to Create a Compliance Type

Compliance types help you categorise the different kinds of compliance you manage across your portfolio.

  1. Go to Settings and select Compliance Types under General.

  2. Click + Create.

  3. Enter the name of the new compliance type.

  4. Click Save.
