The Compliance Matrix Report gives you an at-a-glance visualisation of all compliance deadlines across your property portfolio — showing Compliant, Expiring Soon, Expired, and Incomplete statuses in a single table view.

Viewing the Compliance Matrix Report
Navigate to Reporting – General or Reporting – Report Builder.
Click Compliance Matrix Report.
Filters
Click Filters on the Compliance Matrix Report page.
Filter by Properties, Delegated to, or Status.
Click Apply filters & run.
Columns
Click Columns on the Compliance Matrix Report page.
Choose which columns to display and arrange their order.
Adding a New Compliance Record from the Report
Click Add New within the table to create a new compliance record for a specific property and compliance type directly from the report.
Saving Report Configurations
Set up your preferred columns and filters.
Click Save Report at the top of the page.
Give your report a name and click Save.
Access saved reports from the My Reports section.
Downloading the Report
Set up the report to show the information you need.
Click Download.
Choose your preferred file format (Excel or PDF).
Click Download to save the file.
