Re-Leased Pay Recurring Status

View Re-Leased Pay recurring payment status on each tenancy — see whether a tenant has recurring payments enabled, which payment method they use, and whether Re-Leased Pay is set up for your company.

Updated over a week ago

The Re-Leased Pay Recurring Status shows you at a glance whether each tenant has recurring payments set up, and which payment method they are using. It appears in two places on the tenancy record.

Where to Find the Recurring Status

  • The Summary tab of the tenancy — look for the Re-Leased Pay Status panel.

  • The Rent and Outgoings tab of the tenancy — the status appears near the payment details.

What Each Status Means

  • Enabled — the tenant has set up recurring payments. A credit card icon indicates card payments; a bank icon indicates Direct Debit.

  • No recurring payments — the tenant has not set up recurring payments. Use this to identify tenants who may need follow-up.

  • Set up now — Re-Leased Pay has not yet been enabled for your company. Click the link to go to the Re-Leased Pay onboarding page and get started.

For Asia-Pacific and European customers, "Outgoings" refers to property charges recovered from tenants. North American customers will see this labelled as "Operating Expenses". For more information on regional terminology, see our Glossary of Regional Terminology.
