Your Re-Leased Pay account displays a status at all times so you know exactly where things stand. Here is what each status means and what to do next.
Account Statuses
Setup Re-Leased Pay — you haven't created a Re-Leased Pay account yet. Click + Create Re-Leased Pay Account to begin.
Complete Setup — your account setup was started but not finished. Click Complete Setup to pick up where you left off.
Account Being Verified — your account has been submitted and Stripe is verifying it. You'll receive an email once it's ready to use.
Update Account Details — verification is complete and your account is active. You can update your business details at any time.
Update Information (blue) — additional details are required for your account. Update promptly — failing to do so within 7 days may result in Stripe restricting your account.
Update Information (red) — your account has been restricted by Stripe due to missing information. Tenant payments are on hold until you update your account details.
Re-Leased Pay Account Setup is Temporarily Unavailable — a technical issue is preventing setup. Try again later.
