The Tenant History page in Re-Leased shows a full record of all transactions for a specific tenant — including debits, credits, and running balance — over a chosen timeframe.
How Debits and Credits Are Displayed
Transactions are presented from Re-Leased's perspective, not the tenant's:
Debits — displayed as positive values (they increase the amount owed by the tenant).
Credits — displayed as negative values (they reduce the balance the tenant owes).
Filter Options
Last 25 Transactions — the default view showing the most recent 25 transactions.
Show All — displays every transaction for the tenant.
By Date Range — filter transactions within a specific period.
Exporting and Emailing Tenant History
Click Download PDF to download the report, or Email This Report to send it as a PDF directly from Re-Leased.
If emailing, enter the recipient's address and include context in the email body explaining how debits and credits are represented.
Running Balance
The Tenant History presents transactions chronologically from oldest to newest, with a running balance column showing the cumulative position at each point.
In North America, "Tenancies" are referred to as "Leases" and "Arrears" as "Delinquency". For more information on regional terminology, see our Glossary of Regional Terminology.
