The Outgoings Budget / Service Charge Summary Report offers a high-level view of your property's budget, showing expense accounts and budgeted costs per schedule, with options to compare budgets and break down by cost classification.
How to Access the Report
Navigate to Reporting > General Reports.
Under Budgets by Area, select Outgoings Budget / Service Charge Summary Report.
Alternatively, access from the Reports tab within the budget.
Filters
Report For — the company for the report.
Property to Include — the property or properties to include.
For the Budget — the specific budget to focus on.
Budgets to Compare — compare different budgets within a single report.
Show Breakdown by Cost Classification — group expense accounts by cost classifications.
Show Budget Allocations — view how the budget is distributed across expense accounts.
Show Budget Notes — include comments attached to budgeted items.
What the Report Shows
Schedule titles with expense types.
Summary of each expense account and its budgeted cost per schedule.
Expense alignment with cost classifications.
Notes providing context on budget entries.
