The Contact Documents page lets you upload, organise, download, and archive files for a specific contact. Documents cannot be permanently deleted — use archiving to remove them from view while retaining the record.
Accessing Contact Documents
Open Contacts from the main menu.
Select the contact, then choose Documents.
Uploading Documents
Click Add Document.
Browse your computer or drag and drop files into the upload area.
Creating Folders
Click Create Folder.
Drag and drop uploaded files into the folder, or upload files directly into it.
Downloading Documents
Click the three-dot menu to the right of the document.
Select Download Document.
Archiving Documents
Note: You cannot delete a contact document. Archive it to remove it from view while keeping the record.
Click the three-dot menu to the right of the document.
Select Archive Document.
