Archiving and Restoring Documents

How to archive, replace, edit, and restore documents in Re-Leased — archive documents no longer in active use, replace them with updated versions, edit metadata, and restore archived documents when needed.

You can archive documents that are no longer actively needed, replace them with updated versions, and restore archived documents when needed.


Archiving a Document

  1. Navigate to the Documents tab and locate the document.

  2. Click the three-dot menu next to the document.

  3. Select Archive.

Editing Document Details

  1. Click the three-dot menu next to the document.

  2. Select Document Details.

  3. Edit the company, title, property, or tenancy fields as required.

  4. Click Save.


Replacing a Document

  1. Click the document's Title/Description to open it.

  2. Under the Summary section, click Replace.

  3. Browse to and select the new file, then click Save and Upload Document.

Replacing a document archives the old version and uploads the new one simultaneously.

Restoring an Archived Document

  1. Go to the Documents tab and select the Archived Documents tab.

  2. Find the document to restore.

  3. Click Restore and confirm.

The document returns to its original location.
