Adding a New Inspection

  1. Add inspections from the Inspections Hub or from the Tasks page of a specific property or tenancy.

  2. Fill in the required details — the inspection automatically belongs to the assigned property manager.

  3. Optionally assign a delegate to share inspection duties.

Finalising an Inspection

  1. From the Dashboard calendar or the property/tenancy Inspections page, mark the inspection as complete.

  2. Choose Add detail when closing to upload notes, media, or reports, or to raise an expense invoice.

  3. Ensure all notes, photos, and relevant details are completed before saving.
